1% rule:
To work out a project budget for an architectural decoration of a residence façade, I usually adopt a very simple rule.

*Note : Important factors to be kept in mind:
Materiel flexibility
- This indisputably flexible kind of material makes the decoration of rounded and curved walls much easier. Whatever its model, the moulding will hug all the wall or ceiling irregularities, without accentuating the flaws that you did not notice before starting the works. The linear rigidity of the wooden mouldings, whatever species you choose, is too high to conceal the flaws of walls or ceilings that are not always straight, even in the new buildings.
Damp-proof material
- For bathrooms, laundries, indoor swimming pool, …
This kind of material does resist to the high humidity level which may exist in the rooms of the house.
- You may stick your mouldings onto ceramic walls thanks to a good quick setting construction glue such as "Mulco 88 - Mastergrip".
