Several modifications were made to this Canadian over the years. My job was to
homogenise the whole entity according to the original architectural spirit.
Boulanger Designers and the owners give me “carte-blanche”.

The design of an architect in Granby, QC was carried out with polymer
panel assemblies, arched mouldings and some decorative appliques
A suitable selection of painting brings the final touch.

New England 1927
This building designed in 1927 for two (2) retail businesses had been modified
to accommodate a larger drugstore. Renovated in 1991 to restore its
floor space back to the original specs. for two (2) new retail stores.
Polymer panel assemblies were used and the parapet was raised by 12” (30,5cm) to equal
the height of the adjacent building.

Contemporary
“EIFS” type acrylic masonry crowned with a one-piece “dentil” moulding.
The texture and colour of this fine woodwork brings an undeniable touch of elegance.
This piece of moulding, supplied in lengths of 16’-0” (4.88M), reduces
the number of joints and ensures a very fast installation. This moulding
was prepainted prior to installation.
